This just in Complex reports that the Jeggings that Lil Wayne sported at the 2011 VMA's, were indeed women's pants. We are sure this is not the first time a man as worn women's clothing in an attempt to to make a fashion statement. But, we do believe just because it worked in the 80's doesn't mean it will do so now. Wayne may have been been a pioneer had this happened about 25 years back, but in this day and age he just looked silly.
