SWAY WHAT???: WIZ GETTING SUED FOR 2MILL???

Well it seems Wiz Khalifa may have a major lawsuit on his hands. A songwriter named Max Gregory Warren is claiming that the "Black and Yellow" concept was taken from a song he wrote in 2008 called "Pink and Yellow". Along with Khalifa, Rostrum, Warner, and EMI are also named in the lawsuit. Warren is looking to claim 2,375,000, due to the attempt to "engage in a scheme to defraud plaintiff out of the fruits of his copyright of the subject song." Wow this is a unique one, we have heard of a lot of lawsuits as of late, but this one is a little more interesting. We will keep you posted as the details arise.
