SWAY WHAT???: NO ONE CAN DO IT BETTER???

The D.O.C released possibly one of the most quoted rap albums of all time. It was an instant classic but a car accident that crushed the artist's voice box allowed him to never even be able to speak the same. That crippled the music career of the artist. Hiphopdx reports that The D.O.C is planning on going through a surgery to repair his vocals almost 20 years later. He also plans on releasing a new album featuring some hip hop heavyweights. We are happy to hear that, this is major news in hip hop.
