SWAY WHAT???: WIZ GETTING SUED FOR 2MILL???

Well it seems Wiz Khalifa may have a major lawsuit on his hands. A songwriter named Max Gregory Warren is claiming that the "Black and Yellow" concept was taken from a song he wrote in 2008 called "Pink and Yellow". Along with Khalifa, Rostrum, Warner, and EMI are also named in the lawsuit. Warren is looking to claim 2,375,000, due to the attempt to "engage in a scheme to defraud plaintiff out of the fruits of his copyright of the subject song." Wow this is a unique one, we have heard of a lot of lawsuits as of late, but this one is a little more interesting. We will keep you posted as the details arise.

NO SWAY: RAYMOND FELTON TAKES SHOTS AT RUSSELL WESTBROOK

As of late Russell Westbrook has caught alot of heat for his play. We do feel at times Westbrook may need to be more reserved, but The Thunder are and have been winning. Our stance is let it go, until we see Kevin Durant stating that his play style is plaguing the team, it's not a problem. Now fans across the board, along with analyst have chimed in with their opinion on the situation, but now a player wants to get involved. The Blazers guard Raymond Felton has added his two cents after they beat OKC.

"That's the type of guy he is," Felton told the Oregonian after the Blazers beat the Thunder on Tuesday, "that's his mindset, that's how he plays. He's always in a one-on-one battle with all the point guards. I'm not really into that. I'm into winning. If you win, everybody gets the praises. We are not wearing 'Felton' on the front of our jerseys; it says Blazers. I care about the Blazers winning."

Listen we like Felton, but dude how is this your business. Now we are well aware that Westbrook has given Felton on court troubles the last 2 seasons when they have met. This could be the reasoning for his statements. Regardless this is a lame move on his behalf, NO SWAY.

SWAY IN: THE RZA DOES CHELSEA LATELY AND TALKS POSITIVES

The RZA is a hip hop legend, and in our eyes the greatest hip hop producer of all time. That's a bold statement, but due to the fact he was producing entire albums worth of greatness, we don't feel it could be anyone else. He recently did an interview on Chelsea Lately and spoke on the focus it takes for his new endeavors and sobering up. Now we are aware of the full extent of a non sober RZA (the released version of Bulletproof Wallets). RZA has accomplished alot for the hip hop community, crossing over in to acting, scoring, and directing. Check out the interview below.

SWAY WHAT???: POSSIBLE T.I. + JEEZY ALBUM

Two of our favorite rappers right now, T.I. and Young Jeezy could be releasing a joint album soon. T.I. recently did an interview with Power 106, where he spoke on putting ATL back on top and then the possible project. We are big fans of both artists and feel that type of album would be epic. Especially due to the features between the two on prior records. But, we do have slight reservations due to WTT not meeting the quality of the prior features. We will keep you notified with this one as the details come out.

Right now, we’re both focused on putting Atlanta back on top where we once knew it to be,” said Tip.” In my absence, I’ve seen the city take a backseat, if you will, to other areas and other regions.
